A sixth straight week of falling gas prices is leaving holiday shoppers and travelers with some extra cash for their end-of-year expenses, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California's Weekend Gas Watch. The retail statewide average is $3.61 a gallon for regular unleaded, which is six cents lower than last week.
