(LOS ANGELES – April 19, 2012) -- The Automobile Club of Southern California’s South Los Angeles branch is relocating to The Village at Century Shopping Center, 3372 W. Century Blvd., Inglewood, on Monday, April 23.
The office serves nearly 90,000 Auto Club members living and working in South Los Angeles and other surrounding communities.
“We constantly evaluate how to better serve our members, and this move will allow the Auto Club to provide a better experience to our members in an updated facility,” said Pamela Shepherd, the Auto Club’s vice president for branch operations.
The current South Los Angeles office on Vermont Avenue opened in December 1948, and the new location is two miles west of the original building.
In addition to the relocated South Los Angeles branch, members in the area can choose to visit Auto Club branches in the Auto Club’s historic headquarters building at 2601 S. Figueroa St.; the Crenshaw branch at 3739 Crenshaw Blvd., Suite E; the Inglewood branch at 1234 Centinela Ave.; and the Torrance branch at 23001 Hawthorne Blvd. For a complete list of Auto Club branches, visit AAA.com/branches.
