As this year’s college graduates surge into the workforce, the Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking them and other qualified candidates to fill more than 350 positions throughout Southern California.

Most current available positions are full-time with benefits, and many are seeking entry-level workers with college degrees. The positions are located in more than 70 Auto Club facilities stretching from San Luis Obispo to San Diego, with most jobs predominantly located in the Los Angeles-Orange County metropolitan region.

Some positions, such as those for life insurance, sales and travel agent trainees, offer paid training and licensing as needed. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k and pension plans, and continuous training and career development.

The majority of open positions are in the following categories:

  • Sales (Travel and Insurance)
  • Insurance Services
  • Customer Service Call Centers
  • In-Branch Customer Service and Management
  • Information Technology
  • Accounting
  • Marketing

“As many new college graduates enter the workforce, the Auto Club is offering a place to start and grow their careers with a stable organization that has a 114-year history of serving its members,” said Jim Philipp, the Auto Club’s vice president for human resources. “We’re seeking enthusiastic candidates with strong customer service abilities and a desire to advance on a rewarding career path.”
