To better serve members, the Automobile Club of Southern California is relocating its Simi Valley branch. The new facility in the Sycamore Square shopping center at 2853 Cochran St. will open on Monday, Oct. 13.
The relocated branch continues to offer all Auto Club insurance, travel and automotive services, including most vehicle-related DMV transactions. Branch hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the branch phone number is (805) 522-7330. For access to Auto Club services (except DMV) at any hour, members and those interested in joining the Auto Club can visit AAA.com.
“Auto Club membership in the Simi Valley area is growing and we wanted to provide a more convenient location for our members to access our services,” said Grant Sigmund, Simi Valley branch manager. “The new building is easily accessible, has its own dedicated parking area, and will be more convenient for a greater number of members.”
Popular Auto Club member benefits at the branch include notary services, discounted movie tickets and discount admissions to most major Southern California theme parks. Both members and the public can use AAA Travel services at the branch to plan tours and cruises, make worldwide and domestic airline reservations, book hotels and car rentals, and obtain foreign currency. International travel services include passport, visa and customs information; low-cost passport photos; International Driver’s Permits and Mexico automobile insurance. Members receive special travel benefits and discounts, including complimentary TourBooks®, Trip Tiks®, and maps for auto travel.
A staff of experienced insurance professionals at the Simi Valley branch provides auto, watercraft, homeowners, life, umbrella and renters insurance services, according to Insurance Business Manager Donita Lyons. Other available insurance services include policies for rental properties, small businesses and collector cars.
