(LOMPOC, Aug. 6, 2007) — The Automobile Club of Southern California's Lompoc district office is relocating to 675 North H Street today. The office is moving to a more than 5,000-square-foot space in the Vons Shopping Center and adding a full-service AAA Travel agency to its array of member services.
The office serves 20,000 Auto Club members living and working in Lompoc and surrounding Central Coast communities.
"The Lompoc district office continues to grow and prosper. Our goal has always been to provide outstanding service and be a great asset to the community," said the Auto Club Lompoc District Office Manager Gary Newhall. "We're also excited to be offering comprehensive AAA travel services in the newer and larger office."
The office offers insurance, travel and automotive services, including most vehicle-related DMV transactions. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office phone number is (805) 735-2731. For access to Auto Club services (except DMV) at any hour, residents can visit AAA.com.
Auto Club members and the public also can now use AAA Travel agency services at the relocated Lompoc office to plan tours and cruises, make worldwide and domestic airline reservations, book hotels and car rentals and obtain rail tickets and foreign currency. International travel services include passport, visa and customs information; low-cost passport photos; International Driver's Permits and Mexico automobile insurance. Members receive special travel benefits and discounts, including complimentary TourBooks?, Trip Tiks?, and maps for auto travel.
The office includes experienced insurance sales professionals who can provide auto, watercraft, homeowners, life, umbrella, collector car and renter's insurance services, according to Insurance Office Manager Shannon Racines.
The Automobile Club of Southern California, one of the largest AAA affiliate, has served members since 1900.
