Auto Club's Ladera Ranch Grand Opening Celebrated

(Ladera Ranch, June 30, 2005) — The Automobile Club of Southern California celebrated the grand opening of its new Ladera Ranch district office today with local dignitaries and members on hand for a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The 6,600 square foot office is located in the Mercantile East Shopping Center at 27592 Antonio Parkway and is serving about 45,000 Auto Club members living in the Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Coto de Caza and Mission Viejo.

Through the office's full service AAA Travel Agency, Auto Club members and the public can use the travel agency to plan tours and cruises, make worldwide and domestic airline reservations, book hotels and car rentals and obtain rail tickets and travelers checks. International travel services include passport, visa and customs information, low-cost passport photos, International Driver's Permits and Mexico automobile insurance. Additional planning services include TourBooks, Trip Tiks, and books and maps for auto travel.

The new office also features a full-service sales department providing auto, watercraft, homeowners, renters and life insurance services. According to Kathleen Jaime, sales manager, the sales department also offers several additional services such as mobile home, small business and collector car insurance. "Our sales agents provide prompt and professional service, and members who qualify can get multi-policy discounts on their auto and homeowners insurance," says Jaime. The sales staff also handles Auto Club memberships, including group rates for businesses and organizations.

"Our Ladera Ranch office is the newest district office that serves Orange County members," said District Office Manager Stacey Fetch. "This new office is part of the Auto Club's continuing commitment to deliver quality services and products to our members where they live."

Other services offered are DMV transactions including vehicle registration as well as credit card applications and vehicle purchasing services.
